Workshop
My workshop was established in 1999, but in the summer of 2014, a long held dream was realised when my bespoke workshop was built. It comprises the main workshop, loft area for varnishing, storing wood and housing my reference books and literature and the reception where players can play new and existing instruments
From my window I look onto the West Beach at North Berwick, a great source of inspiration for my work. I divide my time between making, repairs and sound adjustments, working closely with players to maximise the potential of their instrument.
I predominately make instruments to commission, but occasionally have a small amount of my instruments on offer to try.
