Lovely to see Amy Cardigan from the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra posting photographs on Facebook and Instagram to celebrate her violin’s first birthday, which is a copy of Fritz Kreisler’s Guarneri del Gesu, dated 1730. It was a joy to make and it’s lovely to see Amy is still very happy with her violin. Just wondering if the violin will be around in almost 300 years as the original is! Let’s hope so. Happy Birthday to you both!
